These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by KBE Investing LLC (the "Firm"), 122 W Hidden Hollow Cir, Orem, UT 84058, United States, at www.kbeinv.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational publication describing the Firm's identity and the organizational scope of its financial vault wall. The Site is not, and must not be interpreted as:
Box numbers (BX-01 through BX-48), vault labels, graphics, and all Site content describe organizational classification only. They do not denote holdings, client accounts, assets under management, or transaction commitments.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, investment advice, or a recommendation. The vault-wall motif is a design frame; it does not publish positions, performance, terms, or availability. Any actual relationship with the Firm forms only under separately executed agreements, not through this Site. Reading this Site does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or custodial relationship.
The wall follows industry classification conventions, including express qualifiers that control over any shorthand elsewhere on the Site: BX-01–09 denote principal-side activity for the firm's own account — not client services; BX-10–15 are expressly client-fee customized advisory categories; BX-28/29 exclude real-estate escrow and fiduciary work; BX-33 is a nondepository trust company category — it does not take deposits. Descriptive categories do not imply licensure or registration with any regulator.
The Firm works to keep the Site accurate, but content is provided "as is" and "as available." The Firm does not warrant that any numbered box describes a currently offered service or status, and may revise wall content at any time. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon in making any investment decision.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, vault-wall layouts, illustrations, logos, and code — is the property of the Firm or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any Site content without the Firm's prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KBE Investing LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FIRM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Firm and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of unlawful, infringing, or confidential information through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Firm's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about the Site. They do not modify any separately executed agreement between you and the Firm.
The Firm may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.kbeinv.shop/terms-of-service with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
